1. Bin placement and positioning

We will endeavour to place the skip bin in your specified or preferred location, however, the final placement of the bin is at the discretion of the driver. This is to ensure the skip bin is not a hazard to any people or vehicles. Once delivered the skip bin is not to be moved.

2. Damage to property

We accept no responsibility to the damage of any property or land, including houses, cars, grass, gardens, fences, other structures or personal property during delivery and pick up. The chosen location must be suitable for the size of the bin, and have clear access for drop off and pick up.

3. Payment

We request payment before delivery where possible. This can be done by either credit card or debit card over the phone. We accept all major credit cards. Alternatively, we accept cash-on-delivery or pay via EFTPOS to the driver when your bin is delivered.

4. Overfilling of bins

The skip bin must not be loaded any higher than the top rim. We reserve the right to remove any excess contents from the bin prior to collection. All bins must be within the weight limits listed on our skip bin sizes page.

5. Prohibited waste

The following items are prohibited from all skip bins, without exception. We reserve the right to apply additional charges or refuse collection if prohibited items are placed in the bin. Asbestos, insulation, flammable goods, sharps, chemical waste, oils & solvents, paint (unless dried in cans), tyres, food and other perishable items, gas cylinders
